Terms of service

By accessing or using SaveInsta you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

SaveInsta is a free Instagram Video Downloader and Instagram Downloader. SaveInsta fetches publicly available Instagram content (videos, photos, reels, stories, IGTV, carousels) through a server-side request and displays the result in your browser. SaveInsta does not authenticate as you on Instagram, does not store user accounts, and does not host the Instagram media it displays.

You agree to use SaveInsta only for lawful purposes. You will not use SaveInsta to harass, stalk, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm any person; to attempt to circumvent Instagram's privacy controls (private accounts are explicitly off-limits); to scrape the service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on the infrastructure; or to violate any law in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where you access the service.

SaveInsta works only on publicly available Instagram content. Private accounts are protected at the Instagram platform level and SaveInsta does not, and will not, bypass that protection under any circumstance.

All Instagram media downloaded through SaveInsta belongs to its original creators. SaveInsta does not own, license, or grant any rights in that media. If you download a video or photo through SaveInsta, your use of that content is subject to the original creator's rights and applicable copyright law.

SaveInsta, the SaveInsta name, and the SaveInsta visual identity are owned by SaveInsta. You may not copy, modify, or republish them without permission.

SaveInsta is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep the service fast and reliable, but Instagram's public endpoints change frequently and may break SaveInsta temporarily. We make no warranty that SaveInsta will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveInsta and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaveInsta from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, including any infringement of third-party rights.

SaveInsta is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of SaveInsta after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
